I take pride in bringing the mindfulness of my studies and practices of yoga, meditation, and massage to my work as a massage therapist. My massage sessions are based on the various modalities that I have studied and my understanding of body assessment through years of teaching yoga. Techniques include: Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Traditional Anma massage, Lotus Hands, Swedish, Acupressure, Reflexology, Dynamic Stretching and Mobilization, and Aromatherapy Lymphatic Massage.
