From May to September, Yoga in the Park brings classes outdoors at Centennial Park, and you don’t want to miss it. For some uphill fitness, visit one or all of Nashville’s hiking trails, including Warner Park, Beaman Park, and Shelby Bottoms. There are also scenic greenway trails for walking, mountain biking, and even equestrian use.
